Short version: we keep your name and email so we can tell you when a workshop is happening, and nothing else happens to them.

What we keep, and why

• Your name and email address, so we can reply and let you know about dates.
• Your phone number and town, if you chose to give them, so we can plan somewhere convenient.
• Anything you wrote in the message box.
• A one-way fingerprint of the address your message came from. It cannot be turned back into your IP address; it exists only to stop the form being abused.

Who else sees it

Nobody. Your details are not sold, shared or handed to an advertising network, and this site carries no third-party analytics or tracking. Email is sent through an ordinary mailbox, so the email provider handles the message in the usual way.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it stops being useful — whichever comes first.

Getting it changed or deleted

Email and ask. You do not need a reason, and we will not ask for one. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.

Cookies

The public pages set no cookies. Signing in to the admin area sets one session cookie, which is what keeps you signed in; that area is for staff only.
